I wanted the service components to feel crisp and efficient. To the customer (and the viewer) it should feel like Mercedes techs take car of their car with precision and speed.
The inspiration for the service shots in the videos was Edgar Wright hyper quick cuts. Each frame need to be simple, have a clear focus, with one distinct action from our talent.
The intent for the lifestyle moments was that they felt fluid and smooth: not rushed. Mercedes service fits seamlessly into their already rich life — they can play basketball with their kids, hang out with the dog, get work done, relax — while Mercedes handles the rest.
